LESMILLS BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is the ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit-fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. BODYPUMP is available as either 55,45 or 30-minute workout.

LESMILLS BODYSTEP

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is the heart of BODYSTEP- a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. In a BODYSTEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squats and lunge patterns to work your legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! REFORMER PILATES

Reformer Pilates utilizes Joseph Pilates' original machines along with stability chairs and other props to build strong foundational movements and master the Pilates fundamentals. With the added resistance provided by the springs, this class offers a more intense and dynamic workout than traditional Mat-based Pilates. This class offers beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

REFORMER BOUNCE

Reformer Bounce infuses classic Pilates exercises with a dynamic twist through the added use of a jump board. REFORMER TOWER

Reformer Tower combines the benefits of the reformer, tower, and mat system into one convenient apparatus. This scaled-down version of the Cadillac features two upright rails with springs, bars, and loops for attachment, providing opportunities for amazing stretches, challenging moves, and balance exercises. this class offers beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

ZUMBA

Zumba is a fun and energetic workout that incorporates elements of Latin-inspired dance and cardio exercises. Created in 2001 by Colombian dancer and choreographer Beto Perez, the program utilizes a set of core steps and basic rhythms such as Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue, and Cumbia to promote weight loss, fitness, flexibility, and endurance.
