Studio Policy

Special Instructions

  • We do not accept cash for product purchases and selected services.
  • All sales are final & memberships are not transferrable.
  • Credits for a membership do not roll over to the next month.
  • Arrive on time. If u arrive more than 5 minutes late to the class, your spot may be offered to someone waiting at the studio.
  • Clean & Dry Grip socks are required for all PILATES classes. You can bring in your own grip socks or purchase a pair at the studio.
  • Please make sure to clean your station as well as put everything back in its place after your class is done.
  • Turn off/silence your cell phones and other hand held devices during classes.
  • Dress appropriately, wear proper undergarments to provide adequate support and provide modesty.
  • Avoid wearing heavy perfumes and lotions.
  • For safety, keep jewelry to a minimum.
  • Gum is not allowed during classes to avoid any serious danger of choking.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

  • We understand that circumstances will arise that are beyond your control. However, in order for us to keep our studio running efficiently and continue to provide optimal service to all clients, we must adhere to a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for all bookings.
  • All cancellations or changes must be managed online, via our app or phone call at least 12 hours prior to your booking to avoid any fee charges. There is no exceptions to this policy (including but not limited to: sudden illness, injury, inclement weather, sick children, unplanned work meeting, traffic or car problems.

Class Cancellation Policy

  • We requires a debit/credit card on file for reservations or booking classes. If you miss your class and not abide by the cancellation policy, the following fees applies: $20 for no show and $15 for late cancel.
